Document Holder

With the big trip around the corner, less then 2 months away now.  I am really trying to stay on track and actually get some projects done.  So one of my fourth quarter goals was to recover a travel document holder I found at the thrift store.

This was such an easy project.  I used Tim Holtz fabric Expedition Map from his Eclectic Elements fabric line.  I cut the fabric a half inch bigger then the holder and folded the raw edge over an eighth of an inch.

It was to thick to stitch through so I just used liquid stitch to tack the fabric down.  I did the sides first and then tacked down the top and bottom.

Now time to load it up with passports and tickets.

Thank you for stopping by and visiting.
